The Synaptik is a pioneering Palestinian-Jordanian rapper at the forefront of the explosion of Arabic trap and rap in the region. With a steady string of new releases, including numerous iconic collaborations with the region’s hip-hop heavyweights, his distinctive voice and potent lyrics have cemented him as one of the most prominent artists of the Arabic-speaking world. Exploring issues such as migration and social inequality, The Synaptik has been able to take the region’s pulse and broadcast it worldwide through his infectious beats, highlighted by his song-writing style that effortlessly merges singing and rapping.

With several albums under his belt and dozens of local, regional and international shows, The Synaptik has cemented his status as one of the pillars of hip hop in the region, and collaborated with numerous artists all around the Middle East, including rap superstars such as Abyusif, Wegz, Molotof, Marwan Mousa, Tamer Nafar, Maysa Daw, Bu Kolthoum, El Rass, Chyno, Moayad Nufaei, Al Nather, Shabjdeed, and of course EL FAR3I!

With multi-fold projects in his music archive, El Far3i is a celebrated Palestinian and Jordanian songwriter, rapper, drummer. Known for his solo act ‘El Far3i (aka Far3 El Madakhil) he enmeshes Arab acoustic folk and hip-hop to create a native Arab sound in the vast world of electronic pop.

Inspired by global hip-hop, he still preserves the power of simple grooves, while accompanying it with deep lyrical capabilities and a versatile flow. His songs come from his region’s subconscious, with lyrics that archive the socio-psychological, political and personal subtexts of SWANA daily life, extending to the diaspora. Themes of love, borders, spirituality and identity manifest as El Far3i’s reflexive rapping style contrasts his soulful melodies, creating chantable anthems and craved earworms.

His versatility and vision had also translated into him co-founding two of the biggest Alternative bands in the MENA region; El Morabba3 and 47Soul, as he continues his journey with both. Over the past decade, El Far3i has played hundreds of memorable shows and has whisked audiences away with live performances in the Arab world, and worldwide. He continues to tour and take the stage in festivals as a solo Artist, and with his band 47Soul.
